In accordance with the Rescue Act (379/2011, section 15), the rescue plan includes conclusions on the assessment of hazards and risks, safety arrangements for the building and premises used in operations, instructions for persons to prevent accidents and to act in the event of accidents and hazards, as well as possible other measures related to the site's own preparedness. The contract period is 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028. The contract shall terminate without notice. If the contract continues, the procurement contract will be applied during the option period on the same terms and conditions as they are in force at the end of the contract period. When submitting and signing the tender, the contractor undertakes for his part that the contract will continue for the said period if the City of Seinäjoki so wishes. During the contract period, no minimum order quantities will be committed and only the amount allowed by the available budget will be purchased.
