The purpose of the market dialogue shall also be to identify solutions available in the market, to obtain information on the implementation of services and to ensure that procurement documents allow for appropriate competition and access to services. The Lapland wellbeing services county publishes the following draft procurement documents for market participants to comment on: 1. a draft invitation to tender; 2. draft service description; 3. process and cost responsibilities draft; and the 4th draft agreement. Market participants are invited to consult the draft documents and to comment on them through the Supplier Portal of Tarjouspalvelu.fi in the comment fields under "Other terms and conditions". The comments should be made as concretely as possible, indicating the document to be commented on, the point in the document, the amendment and the reasons for the amendment. Comments can be submitted either in the free text fields of the Tender Service or alternatively as a separate attachment via the Tender Service.
