The invitation to tender includes two one (1) year option years for the period 1.11.2028 - 30.10.2029 and 1.11.2029 - 30.10.2030.The subscriber decides on the use of the option years. The decision on the exercise of the option year is made two months before the end of the contract period. The procurement volumes indicated in the invitation to tender are estimates of the procurement volume per product per year. Product-specific procurement volume estimates are based on the current scope of operations. The contracting entity does not commit to the procurement volumes specified in the invitation to tender, but orders products during the procurement period as needed.
