The market dialogue provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the planned procurement, to provide feedback on the draft invitations to tender and to express views on the content, requirements and contractual arrangements of the procurement before the final preparation of the invitation to tender. The market dialogue shall primarily take the form of a written round of comments on the tender documents. In addition, the Client reserves the opportunity to arrange company-specific meetings with potential suppliers. However, the client does not commit to organising company-specific meetings if sufficient information for the objectives of the market dialogue is received through a written comment round. In addition, the City of Espoo does not commit to discussing with all companies that have registered for market dialogue. Please register by 14 October at 12 noon by sending the company and contact person details to [email protected]. You can also attach a short presentation of your company. The entrants will receive draft invitations to tender for preliminary comments on 19 October. The comment period is until the end of October. The City of Espoo strives to take the comments given into account, if possible, in the actual invitation to tender.
