What the buyer is looking for
The City of Jyväskylä's sports services are tendering out a framework agreement for freezing outdoor ice fields and irrigating ice with an irrigation car. The service provider delivers the irrigation vehicle and its driver to order and makes the field irrigation according to the client's instructions. The service provider is responsible for collecting water from a self-determined water intake point. A more detailed description of the procurement is attached. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. Suppliers shall be ranked on the basis of a comparison of tenders. The framework agreement is described in more detail in the agreement and in the description of the subject of the procurement. The contract period begins in the winter season 2026 and it is possible for the Customer to use option years until the winter season 2030-2031.
