… The customer does not commit to the delivery obligation. The amounts given are estimates and are subject to change. For greater certainty, the Supplier shall not acquire the exclusive right to deliver products under this Agreement to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber may also acquire similar products from any other suppliers.
