REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / Procurement of general anesthesia dental care services 2027

… Kerava wellbeing services counties (in the future, the wellbeing services county or the client) are prepared to take care of and produce dental care under general anaesthesia for patients included in primary health care, if necessary. The purpose of this information request is to clarify questions related to procurement and to initiate a process of interaction between the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services counties and potential service providers. The aim of the request for information is to obtain comprehensive information on the availability and characteristics of the service to be procured, so that any tendering procedure can be carried out in the most appropriate manner. This request for information does not invite or submit any tenders, but only invites comments on the service description, staff attachments and process description, which are ANNEXES to this request for information, and in particular on the minimum requirements of the invitation to tender. It is not possible to submit a tender in response to a request for information, only to comment. Comments or questions received through a request for information will not be answered. No compensation shall be paid for responding to a request for information or for any presentations. Any invitation to tender will be published at a later stage. The request for information is accompanied by preliminary draft documents to which we invite your comments. The call for tenders is still in the preparatory phase. Due to incompleteness, the texts in the draft invitation to tender attached to the request for information may change in the actual invitation to tender. In the reply to the request for information, the service provider must briefly present its company and its service concept (maximum two A4 pages). The company presentation and service concept must show what kind of service the company offers. The service provider may also, if it so wishes, submit proposals for development ideas which should be taken into account in the tendering process (maximum two A4 pages). Service providers interested in the content of the information request to send comments and messages via Cloudia by 7 October 2026 at 12:00 noon. The wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava reserves the opportunity to engage in dialogue with a few companies that have responded to the market survey/request for information, if necessary. The wellbeing services county does not pay compensation to service providers who participated in market surveys. A possible call for tender for the procurement itself is expected to be published in late 2026. We ask service providers to note that the request for information does not oblige the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services counties to carry out the procurement on the basis of a market survey. The Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services counties will always prepare a possible tender in accordance with their own needs.
