The views and experiences of service providers are an important part of procurement planning and can be used to ensure that future tendering is as close as possible to the needs of the service and the market situation. The aim of the contracting entity is to publish a call for tenders for the procurement in the HILMA service at the end of 2026. … preparation of the procurement. Comments should be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on 6 October 2026 by downloading the completed appendix via the Tender Service. No separate answers will be given to any comments, questions or other contributions related to the request for information. DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION REQUEST The purpose of the request for information is to inform the market about the upcoming competitive tendering, to survey the market situation and to gather information and views that support the preparation of the procurement. The comments received will enable the contracting entity to assess the content of the planned procurement and to develop the procurement documents before the actual call for tenders is launched. It is not possible to submit a tender for this request for information. The request for information only invites comments, views and possible questions to support the preparation of the procurement. No separate answers will be given to the comments and questions. The request for information does not oblige the Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county to carry out the procurement as described in this request for information. The content, scope, schedule and other terms and conditions of the procurement may change during the preparation. Responding to a request for information does not oblige the service provider to participate in a subsequent call for tenders, nor is responding to a request for information a prerequisite for participating in a call for tenders. Service providers who do not respond to a request for information may also participate in any subsequent call for tenders. Answering or not responding to a request for information does not affect the status of the service provider in the actual procurement procedure. The information provided in connection with the request for information shall be treated confidentially and shall be used only for the preparation, planning and development of the procurement. The contracting entity reserves the right to organise bilateral discussions with service providers after a request for information in order to obtain additional information to support the preparation of the procurement. No compensation will be paid for responding to the request for information, and the Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county will not reimburse any costs that may arise from responding to the request.,
