… period. The treatment period in the last two years has varied from November to December until the end of February to March of the following year. The contract does not contain a tie-in obligation. The number of ice areas in ice management work is currently seven (part of the trough and the ice in the same area), all located in the municipality of Liminka. There are four refrigerated troughs with a total surface area of approximately 4500 m2. The total surface area of the open ice areas is about 13500 m2. More information on the ice areas can be found on the website of the municipality of Liminka at: https://www.liminka.fi/cultural and leisure/exercise services/outdoor sports facilities/. The contracting entity does not organise a separate examination of the ice areas, but it is possible to visit the areas on your own before submitting a tender. The customer reserves the right to change the number of ice areas to be managed during the contract period. The equipment requirements are defined in the "Suitability requirements" section of the invitation to tender.
