… professional language. Before launching the tendering process, the City of Helsinki wants to consult market participants in the market dialogue. Market dialogue is not part of competitive tendering. The information obtained in the market dialogue can be used internally in the city to prepare the tendering process. The timing of any tendering and the procurement procedure will be decided after the dialogue. We invite all interested market players to participate in the dialogue. The tenderer registers for the market dialogue by answering the questions in this request for information. The attached description of the subject of the procurement describes the service to be procured in more detail. The City of Helsinki also reserves the right to discuss with those who have registered. The City of Helsinki does not commit to discussing with all those who have registered. Failure to respond to a market dialogue does not prevent participation in a potential tender, and responding to a market dialogue or participating in different events does not in any way affect the position of the tenderer in the actual tender. This is an invitation to a request for information that takes place before the actual procurement procedure is launched. Participation in a request for information shall not be remunerated.,
