Each year, the lease agreement includes at least 75,000 colour printouts and 25,000 black and white printouts for all devices. The full service and maintenance agreement for all equipment included in the procurement includes, among other things: - maintenance of equipment, spare parts and consumables (excluding paper), - remote support for equipment and fault diagnostics and repairs - technician visit in the event of faults The object of the procurement and the requirements set for it are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
