With this request for information, Customs invites suppliers of UPS devices and their installation service/maintenance/maintenance to a market survey. The purpose of this request for information is to identify and conduct, as appropriate, a market dialogue with the bidder field. The market dialogue will primarily take the form of a round of comments on the tender documents. If necessary, Customs may also hold discussions with potential suppliers. The subject of the procurement is the procurement of UPS equipment and related installation and maintenance services. According to the preliminary procurement plan, equipment will be purchased in a few different capacity classes. The agreement not only replaces the Customer's currently used equipment that has reached the end of its life cycle, but also acquires new equipment for new projects. … decision has become final, when the contract is signed. The estimated starting date is 1 March 2027. The estimate shall not be binding on the contracting entity. Interested suppliers can participate in the market survey by sending an email to [email protected]. It is hoped that the supplier will include at least the following information in the message: - Description of the supplier's range of equipment and the serviceability and maintenance needs of the equipment - Product quality control procedures (CE marking?) - Description of the installation and maintenance service provided by the supplier and its capability - Geographical coverage of the supplier (Finland, Norway and Åland) - Supplier's experience in delivering ups equipment (including maintenance services) to the premises of public organisations - Country of manufacture and origin of the equipment - OPTION: Does the supplier have a device lifecycle monitoring/remote management service in place Responding to a request for information does not bind the provider in any way.
