… of noise railing in Itäkaari - LIVA works at the junction of Itäkaari and Karhunkatu - option: The surface structure of Karhunkatu, which can be built tentatively in the autumn of 2028, includes the construction of a multifunctional building and a sports hall with a tentative work schedule in the preliminary contract border map. The contractor at these sites is Hartela Oy and the client is the City of Turku's urban construction and facilities/Space services service area. The market dialogue will take place on Tuesday 6 October 2026 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. as a TEAMS event. The TEAMS link to the event will be sent as a calendar invitation to all those interested in the procurement who have expressed their willingness to participate in the market dialogue through the Tarjousportaali.fi portal. We kindly ask anyone interested in the procurement to indicate their willingness to participate in the market dialogue by Monday 5 October 2026 at 12:00 noon via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal and to ask any questions via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. The aim of the market dialogue is to review the scheduling and implementation of future tendering. The market dialogue provides an opportunity to ask questions. The information and perspectives resulting from the market dialogue will be used in the preparation of the actual call for tenders.
