… right not to acquire a maximum number of student working days. Tenderers are invited to submit their own reasoned proposal on the content, structure and implementation plan of the training. The target group for assessing the initial level of language proficiency is primarily unemployed persons or persons at risk of unemployment who have moved to Finland on a permanent basis under the Integration Act and who are in need of literacy or integration training. The target group of integration training is primarily the unemployed or those threatened by unemployment, those who have emigrated to Finland under the Integration Act and in need of integration training, or those who have moved to Finland on a permanent basis and who, at least in their mother tongue, have literacy skills but need to strengthen their language skills in Finnish in order to be placed in education leading to employment or occupation. The training must be carried out in accordance with the current OPH's curriculum for integration training. The assessment of the initial level of language proficiency to be tendered is specified in the detailed service description attached to the invitation to tender (Annex: Service description, language proficiency baseline assessment). A monthly report on the actual student working days must be submitted to the client. The estimated total value of the acquisition, including the option periods, is approximately EUR 2,200,000 (VAT 0%). The service is procured according to real needs. The procuring entity shall select one (1) supplier/procurement sub-area to be contracted.
