… Tenderers are required to take this into account when submitting their tender. At the moment, lifting equipment is only available on Otaniemi campus in 17 different buildings. There are currently 64 lifting devices in buildings. The procurement includes annual maintenance services, test loads and periodic inspections of various lifting equipment, as well as repairs needed for the equipment. The contract is concluded as a service contract of indefinite duration. A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement can be found in the appendices to the invitation to tender in Cloudia Offering Service. Aalto University Foundation sr (Business ID 2228357-4) currently owns 20 separate real estate companies. These real estate companies have 39 buildings for which the service is ordered and which are located on the Otaniemi campus in Espoo, one in Töölö in Helsinki and one in Kirkkonummi (Metsähovi Radio Research Station). Aalto University buildings are culturally and historically valuable properties from different decades since the 1960s.
