According to preliminary needs, testing should be flexibly organised several times during both the spring and autumn semesters, primarily in Kuopio and, if necessary, also in Varkaus. The market prospection does not yet set minimum requirements or benchmarks for future procurement, but rather examines market capabilities and alternative delivery methods.
