… developer consultant, who will act as the main developer consultant for both projects. The services to be procured include the following tasks for the developer consultant: A) Project management and expert services - The Service Provider supports the Subscriber in the planning and drafting of tender requests for contracts (The Subscriber is responsible for conducting the tendering process in the electronic tendering system itself) - The Service Provider is responsible for the overall management of the contracts, such as scheduling, guidance and information. B) Supervisor's duties - The Service Provider acts as the supervisor of the works C) Safety coordinator's duties - The Service Provider acts as the safety coordinator for the works and takes care of the safety duties assigned to the developer throughout the contract period The Service Provider monitors the interests of the Client and the realisation of the objectives set for the projects and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the legislation in force and the procurement contract. The Service Provider shall immediately inform the Customer of the risks it has identified in terms of schedule, quality or budget and shall provide the Customer with an action plan to eliminate the risk in question or to minimise its impact. As a result of the procurement procedure, the Contracting Entity selects one (1) service provider with whom it will award a contract for services concerning both projects.
