The subject matter of the contract also includes additional products related to the products offered, such as additional sizes and accessories, which are indicated on the additional offer form in the price and product form in Annex 1. In addition, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract that are not specified in the product annex (see draft contract) may be procured during the contract period according to the estimated value of the procurement. The duration of the contract is two (2) years, after which the contract will continue for an indefinite period. This is a joint procurement by several contracting entities, which is carried out as a procurement tyre. The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used by: HUS Group (HUS), South Karelia Welfare Area, Kymenlaakso Welfare Area, Päijät-Häme Welfare Area and Central Uusimaa Welfare Area. See Annex 3 of the invitation to tender for details on the draft contract. The estimated total value of the acquisition (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 720 000. This is an estimate and the contracting entity does not commit itself to the stated amounts in euros and the actual amounts of consumption indicated in the invitation to tender. Final order quantities may be higher or lower than indicated. Most of the products are so-called flow-through products, which are ordered from the HUS ordering system, delivered to the HUS central warehouse at Uutistie in Vantaa, and distributed through the HUS central warehouse to the HUS and Kymenlaakso offices. The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area and the South Karelia Welfare Area place their own orders from their own ordering systems, and the products are also delivered to the delivery addresses they have indicated. HUS estimates that about 6% of the total value of the procurement indicated above is orders from the South Karelia Welfare Area and about 10% of orders from the Päijät-Häme Welfare Area (unbound estimate).
