This notice does not constitute an invitation to tender. This is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a request for information as part of the preparation of the procurement. The information obtained through the information request can be used in the preparation of the procurement. The contracting entity does not commit to the implementation of the procurement or to a specific method of implementation, and responding to a request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible tendering procedure. Responding to a request for information is voluntary and free of charge. The municipality of Hollola is preparing a tendering procedure for the maintenance and servicing of the municipal lighting network. The envisaged actual contract period is from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2028. In addition, one-year options for 2029 and 2030 are planned for the acquisition. The procurement is initially intended to include lighting network maintenance rounds, fault repairs, minor renovation and new construction work, earthworks and lifting work, documentation, tasks of the lighting network operation manager, and 24/7 fault response.
