… displays are purchased indoors e.g. at the Travel Centre. Most displays must be available without a fixed electrical connection, some indoor displays have a fixed electrical connection. There is no fixed telecommunications connection available at the stops. The acquisition includes screens installed, including telecommunications connections as well as their servicing and maintenance, as well as the back-end system on a monthly basis. Displays must be able to be branded according to the city's appearance and be suitable for installation in existing stop furniture (J.C. Decaux). Displays shall be capable of displaying real-time and time-based information on the numbers and arrival times of incoming buses. In addition, they must also be able to show the destination of the line in question and any traffic exception information or other necessary messages in the text line. The Customer reserves the right to make additional purchases that are materially and intrinsically related to the subject matter of the purchase.
