… conducts separate negotiations with tenants who meet the boundary conditions and have submitted a request to participate, in which the tenant's action plan for the use of the premises is reviewed, such as the planned extent of the premises to be utilised, possible support services provided by the customer, changes to the premises, the terms of the agreement, the duration of the agreement period and other essential matters affecting the tenancy. By responding to this request for participation, the tenant can already bring up withdrawals for actual negotiations. The Landlord has defined its own comment fields for this notice and its attachments for this request to participate. There will be an open tour of the rented premises for interested tenants. You must sign up for the tour by e-mail: [email protected]. If there are no sign-ups, the tour will not be arranged. The tours will take place at the following times: - 12.10.2026 at 12:00 - 19.10.2026 at 12:00 The rental of the premises will be subject to a rental agreement, supplemented by the attached general terms and conditions of the rental. Based on this notice, the landlord does not undertake to enter into a lease agreement with any of the defendants. The conclusion of the lease agreement requires that the negotiations reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.,
