Furnishing Kaarina Upper Secondary School The City of Kaarina will acquire new furniture in connection with the renovation project of Kaarina Upper Secondary School. The Kaarina upper secondary school building will be renovated in its entirety. The aim of the renovation is to modernise the premises to meet today's pedagogical needs and diverse learning environments. When the building is completed, some of the current furniture will be transferred back to the school in accordance with the list of furniture in the appendices. The supplier must integrate the furniture in question into their plans. The object of this procurement is the design, delivery and ready-to-use installation of new bulk furniture as defined in the description of the premises. … More detailed information on the site presentation and registration can be found in the "Procurement" section of the supplier service. In order to submit a tender, participation in the presentation is required, the tender of the non-participating tenderer will be rejected as being in breach of the invitation to tender. The procurement will take the form of an open procedure. Only quality will be used as a criterion for the selection of tenders. A total investment appropriation of EUR 200,000 (VAT 0%) has been reserved for the acquisition. This appropriation includes the delivery and installation of furniture on site. The tenderer must take this maximum budget into account when drawing up the furnishing plans. Tenders above the ceiling price will be rejected as non-compliant with the invitation to tender. In the tender comparison, the contracting entity selects the tender with the highest quality score according to the invitation to tender, provided that the total price of the tender does not exceed the maximum budget of EUR 200 000 (VAT 0%) set for the procurement. Tenders shall be evaluated by an evaluation team designated by the contracting entity in accordance with the attached evaluation form.
