The aggregates are ordered from the cheapest supplier of the aggregates in question and the place of delivery. If the supplier in question is unable to deliver within the desired time, the next supplier can be transferred. The form of procurement shall be an open procedure. The procurement is above the national threshold. The contract is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Public Procurement in the Procurement of Goods (JYSE 2014 Goods, updated April 2022) to the extent not otherwise agreed in this invitation to tender, the contract or its annexes. In case of conflict, the agreement and the invitation to tender take precedence over the JYSE terms and conditions. The payment period is 21 days net from the receipt of an acceptable invoice by the customer. The interest for late payment shall not exceed the amount specified in Section 4(1) of the Interest Act.
