As a subscriber, the city does not have a quantity purchase obligation. The client may also have their own machine work carried out at the work sites. Normal working hours are used in the invoicing of non-road mobile machinery as follows: • Mon -Thu 7:00 - 15:30 , • Fri / 7:00 - 13:45 • Food breaks (1.0 - 0.5 h) and coffee breaks (2 x 15 min / day) are not working hours The payment basis is working time (€ / h) and the payment period is at least 2 weeks, but not more than one calendar month. The payment period is 30 days net from the time of registration with the city (not from the invoice date)., Winter maintenance Tenders must be submitted for the following winter maintenance tasks: • ploughing • sanding • de-pollution The provider must have the equipment to carry out the task offered, such as a sander. Sanding uses the sand of the city of Karkkila. Tenders may be submitted for one or more tasks. The bidder fills out an invitation to tender form for an hourly price for the tasks they wish to offer on the invitation to tender form 2.
