In order to ensure the success of future competitive tendering, it is important that tenderers provide the contracting entity with the widest possible range of information requested. The contracting entity is particularly interested in alternative implementation models and views on the development of the procurement structure. All information obtained in the market prospection shall be treated confidentially. The market survey does not oblige the Kanta-Häme Welfare Region to carry out the procurement in the manner described in the market survey or its annex, and the tendering procedure may also not be carried out. Market prospection and market dialogue are not part of the actual procurement procedure. Participation in any subsequent invitation to tender shall not be subject to participation in a market prospection or a market dialogue, nor shall it affect the position of the tenderer in the actual invitation to tender. The information and descriptions presented in this notice are preliminary and indicative preliminary information that does not bind the Kanta-Häme Welfare Area. Respondents to the market prospection shall not be remunerated for responding to the market prospection or participating in market dialogues related to the market prospection. The market survey and market dialogue events are conducted in Finnish.
