The aim is for the service provider(s) to help the municipality to make appropriate, cost-effective and secure use of current and future IT opportunities. The services must be produced reliably both in normal and disruptive situations, and the service provider is expected to have sufficient financial and human resources for the continuous production and development of the services. The service provider must also be able to act as the municipality's expert and negotiating partner vis-à-vis the parties producing ICT systems and services, such as system suppliers, other service providers and the information technology control of the public sector. The aim of the municipality is to develop ICT services in such a way that the service model supports both daily operations and the digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence goals of the coming years.,
