With this request for information, we want to map suppliers' offerings from systems that support the inventory and management of Istek's and Istek's customers' asset information and provide appropriate and cost-effective solutions. At the same time, we aim to familiarise ourselves with the market situation of system-related services, products that may be related to the use of the system, contractual terms and commercial terms, such as pricing. On the basis of the responses to the information request, market dialogues can be organised in which suppliers can present their own services, products and alternatives to the implementation of the object of the tender. … process for DPS's IT security solutions 2026-2034, so participating in the actual tendering phase requires joining DPS IT security solutions. More detailed information can be found in Annex 1 of the request for information. The procurement questions are set out in Annex 2 Questions. REPLY OF THE INFORMATION REQUEST The request for information must be answered by Tuesday 13 October at 12:00 noon via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal. Please attach the completed Annex "Questions" to your reply. Replies must be submitted in Finnish with the appendix in question in order to ensure that they are dealt with as smoothly as possible. If you wish, you can also attach brochures or other material in Finnish or English that supports the content of your reply. Please indicate clearly whether the information provided contains any business secrets. Based on the answers received, Istekki may, at its discretion, select tenderers to present their services at a possible market dialogue meeting. By default, a possible demonstration will take the form of a Teams meeting of approximately one (1) hour between Istek and the respective supplier. The aim is to organise possible market dialogue meetings on Tue 27 October and Thu 29 October. All responses to a call for information will be taken into account in the preparation of the call for tenders and will be an important part of the overall understanding. If market dialogues are organised, they will take place in Finnish. Istekki will inform the companies participating in the events of the more detailed schedules and the Teams‑ meeting link later. Please note that the information, descriptions and estimates provided in this request for information are only preliminary and indicative. The final timetables will be specified as the preparations progress. Responding to a request for information is voluntary and is not a condition for participating in a possible call for tenders or binding on Istekki to publish a call for tenders. No separate fee shall be paid for responding to a request for information or for attending any demonstrations.
