What the buyer is looking for
Cleaning services Helsinki Partners Oy (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘subscriber’ or the ‘contracting entity’) invites tenders for cleaning and cleaning services in accordance with the contract notice published on the Hilma advertising channel and its annexes. The subject matter of the contract is described in more detail in the procurement documents, in particular in the Annex "Description of the service". A framework agreement for a maximum of four suppliers will be established on the basis of competitive tendering. The supplier to be selected may also be a group of suppliers. The contract is expected to be signed by the end of 2026. The contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber or an exclusive right for the supplier to provide the service.
