Market Survey: Preventive Substance Abuse Services for Schools

… abuse services are available on the market in schools and what kind of service providers are active in the field. In the market survey, the City is particularly interested in the following services: - age-appropriate preventive substance abuse work for pupils and students - opportunities for preventive substance abuse work for guardians - training for teaching and other staff - expert support for the implementation and development of preventive substance abuse work in schools. The services must be feasible in both Finnish and Swedish. The City is also interested in the different implementation models of the service package and whether it is possible to implement the package described above by a single service provider. The information obtained in the market survey will be used in the further preparation of the procurement and in the evaluation of the procurement method. Request for information to service providers Operators interested in the market prospection are invited to provide a brief description of: - the organisation's activities and expertise in the field of preventive substance abuse work - the services provided and their target groups - the implementation of services in Finnish and Swedish - the corresponding implementations in municipalities, schools or educational institutions - the pricing model of the service. Where possible, operators are invited to report on implementations corresponding to 1-3 references. Based on the market survey, the City of Kauniainen can contact the operators for a more detailed market dialogue. Participation in the market survey does not bind the service provider or the City of Kauniainen, nor does it guarantee the operator a position in any subsequent procurement.
