The aim is to organise a market dialogue during September-October 2026. Companies that have expressed their interest will be invited to a market dialogue, where they will receive questions related to the procurement by e-mail and/or will be invited to a meeting (Teams) during week 43-44 to discuss the content of the procurement and how it will be carried out. Luke also reserves the right to submit a request for quotation and its appendices to the suppliers participating in the market prospection for comments prior to its publication. The timetables presented, as well as other information provided in this notice, such as the planned conduct of the market dialogue, are preliminary and indicative information which may change as the preparation progresses. This market survey and the information provided in it do not bind or oblige the parties to anything, nor do they oblige contracting entities to make a procurement. All information provided shall be treated as confidential.The participants in the market prospection shall not be remunerated for their participation in the market dialogue or for the costs incurred as a result of such participation. Participating in the market prospection is not a prerequisite for participating in the actual tendering process and responding to the market prospection does not affect the supplier's position in the actual tendering process.
