… education and care services in accordance with the early childhood education and care plans of the Finnish National Agency for Education and the City of Orimattila. The following figures can be used as a basis for system maintenance and monthly pricing of support. The figures are for August 2026. - Number of day care units in municipal own service production 8 units (in addition, two preschool groups in connection with schools) - Number of personnel in municipal own service production 130, of which there are currently 7 family day care workers - Number of children in municipal own service production 597, of which 146 children in preschool education and 26 children in family day care - The service voucher is used to produce early childhood education services for 134 children The customer and ERP system for early childhood education must include continuous maintenance, support service and development work, integrations and conversions of external parties or systems required and enabled by law at the time of commissioning. The system must make it possible to plan, monitor, direct and evaluate the activities of early childhood education and care in an efficient, economical and easy-to-use manner. The system to be procured must cover the main processes of early childhood education and care entirely online: - applications and decisions - child care appointment bookings and their realisations - shift planning and realisation - reports and statistics supporting the planning and evaluation of activities - management and maintenance of documents related to the care of the child and its planning - management of pedagogical documents in early childhood education and preschool education - communication between early childhood education and care providers The open procurement procedure seeks an overall responsible supplier to deliver a comprehensive solution in accordance with the requirements and schedule set out in the call for tenders and its annexes, so that the solution will be in production use from the beginning of June 2027. If necessary, the timetable may be specified or amended by mutual agreement between the Parties. The invitation to tender also includes a migration from the current Edlevo system used by Orimattila to the new system. As part of the deployment plan, the subscriber and the system vendor jointly determine which data from the system in use will be transferred to the new system. The subscriber agrees with the current system vendors on the transfer and schedule of the data. The client and the information system suppliers agree together on the technical details and schedule. The subscriber reserves the right not to transfer data from the old system to the new one.,
