… must be manageable separately. The user must be able to log in to the modules to which he or she has access in accordance with the authentication solution defined in the appendices to the invitation to tender. Each module shall include functionalities in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 2. In addition, each module should include its own risk assessment perspectives and bases. A more detailed definition of these will be carried out in cooperation between Finnvera and the Supplier during the commissioning phase. Finnvera's primary goal is to acquire a unified system that comprehensively covers all the organisation's risk assessment needs. The acquisition includes an additional procurement option, which includes Finnvera's right to order a fourth risk assessment module: The module for operational risk assessment, defined in more detail in Annex 6 Option Requirement Specification. Finnvera will order the Operational Risk Assessment module if the Client deems it necessary during the contract period. The use of this option requires a separate written order. During the contract period, Finnvera has the right to acquire additional AI-based features or other AI‑ capabilities offered by the selected Supplier insofar as they are related to the service that is the subject of the procurement. These additional services must be compatible with the solution purchased. The implementation, scope and pricing of additional purchases will be agreed separately in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Additional purchases must be technically and functionally compatible with the software service. Ordering additional purchases always requires a written order from Finnvera. Additional procurements are carried out within the limits permitted by the procurement contract and the Act on Public Contracts. The description and requirements of the subject matter of the contract are specified in more detail in Annex 1 Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex 2 Requirement specification.,
