No tender will be submitted in response to this request for information, as candidates will be able to register for the market dialogue and submit comments, as well as questions. The documents and material relating to the future procurement package are at a preliminary stage and, as a result, the comments and questions raised may not be fully and exhaustively answered. … suppliers the preliminary requirements drafted by Certia and the envisaged procurement procedure as a whole. • Understands the functional, technical and commercial differences between the available solutions. Certia has reserved five (5) times for market dialogues, one (1) at week 43 and four (4) at week 44. Candidates wishing to participate are invited to register for the market dialogue by submitting a reply to this notice via the Offer Service by Friday 9 October 2026 at 12:00 noon at the latest. For more information on market dialogue and the dates to be reserved, please refer to the "Publication documents" section of the bidding service and the "Context of the procurement" section of the information request document. If Certia receives more requests for participation from interested organisations than the time allocated to market dialogues, Certia reserves the right to limit the participants and select supplier candidates for market dialogues as it sees fit, ultimately by drawing lots. The market dialogues will be recorded and the candidate must agree to the recording of the event. The recording will be used only for the preparation of the procurement, so that the study group can check the details itself after the event. The information and records collected during the market dialogues and this information request will remain fully confidential and will only be used for the development and planning of Certia's internal procurement. The decision or list of participants shall not be published on the basis of the request for information and the market dialogues and the information provided by the participants shall not be public. The acquisition and market dialogues will deal with highly confidential information from Certia's business point of view, which has led Certia to consider it necessary to limit the availability of certain information and materials.
