Route-based public transport services, gross, call for tenders 2026-02 The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom (‘Traficom’) requests a tender for the provision of public transport services between 7 June 2027 and 2 June 2030 on the route Mynämäki-Nousiainen-Masku-Turku (detailed destination specification in the annex to the invitation to tender). The agreement includes an option to extend the agreement for the period 3.6.2030 - 5.6.2033. The exact start and end dates of the service are determined according to the school year. Transport is procured on a gross contract. Gross contract refers to a public transport service contract as referred to in the Service Contracts Regulation (1370 /2007) and the Special Sectors Procurement Act (1398/2016), where the ticket revenue risk lies with the transport subscriber. The exclusivity decision takes into account possible longer-distance traffic passing through part of the route. The ticket and payment system requirements and the interoperability requirements required by the Act on Transport Services (320/2017) are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The municipalities of Masku, Mynämäki and Nousiainen participate in the financing of the site.,
