The aim of the coaching is to support the employment of customers, the strengthening of working life skills, the identification of competence and progress towards working life, education or other appropriate service. Customers' service needs can be very different, and barriers to employment can include factors such as skills, work and functional capacity, language skills, life situation, prolonged unemployment or labour market readiness. … and people who need more long-term and intensive support to promote their employment. The customers may include foreign-language speakers as well as persons whose service needs require special individual support. The service provider must be prepared to work with a diverse customer base. The customer does not commit to certain customer numbers or customer profiles, but the customer's service needs are determined by the customer base in the employment area. Customers belonging to the target group are directed to the service about 40-350 customers per year. In the individual service, the maximum number of hours for the service is 20 hours per person and the maximum duration is 5 months. The number of persons/groups to be acquired is an estimate based on the expected number of students. The contracting entity reserves the right not to acquire the maximum number of student working days. The aim of the coaching is to improve the client's ability to find employment, participate in training or move to other services that support access to working life. Coaching is sought in the following areas: - Job-search coaching supporting job-seeking - Career coaching supporting job-seeking in clarifying career options, seeking vocational training and developing working life skills - Job-seeking coaching The service can be implemented as individual coaching, group coaching or a combination of both. Coaching may include guidance related to work and functional ability, daily life management, motivation and working life readiness in accordance with the customer's individual needs. Coaching can also be offered to support people to get into and stay at work. At the end of the coaching, the coach prepares a final assessment with the client, which must include the matters reviewed during the coaching and a follow-up plan for employment. The service may take the form of a group or individual service and it must be possible to implement it in Finnish and, if necessary, in Swedish or English. The estimated total value of the acquisition is approximately EUR 460 000 (VAT 0%). The declared value is an estimate and the subscriber does not commit to certain volumes of purchases or use of the service during the contract period. The service is provided according to real needs. The tenderer is invited to submit his/her own motivated proposal for a training implementation plan. The implementation plan shall describe at least the content, structure, consideration of the target group, tailor-madeness of the service, monitoring of effectiveness and implementation of employer cooperation. The implementation plan shall not exceed 3 pages in length. The service provider can develop their own marketing names for the coaching. The service provider undertakes to collect the final feedback on the service from the participants using the Webropol survey.
