… fully implemented as a low-emission construction site, the requirements of which can be found in the Work Limits Annex. The amounts indicated in the plans are not binding on the subscriber. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer offering the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender shall be the lowest priced tender meeting the tenderer's suitability requirements set by the developer. The subcontractor/subcontractor of a contractor with a contractual relationship with the client has the right to subcontract the work. It is not possible to chain the contract/works further than this without a particularly justified reason and the written consent of the client/builder must be obtained.
