All information presented in this pre-information notice is preliminary and indicative pre-information. Replying to or not replying to a prior information notice shall not prevent participation in any procurement procedure. The publication of the prior information notice and the implementation of the market dialogue do not oblige VR to conduct the actual procurement procedure. Participants in the market dialogue shall not be remunerated for their participation.
