Procurement of a portfolio solution for development

The system should support both operational project management and portfolio and management-level decision-making, including reporting, analytics and visual dashboards. The procurement includes the System and its access rights, the necessary commissioning and configuration services, as well as maintenance and support services during the contract period as described in more detail in the procurement documents. Any additional and expert services, integrations and further development will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the invitation to tender and the contract. The solution must be user-oriented, and its functionalities must be easy and intuitive to assimilate. The solution must be configurable to the client's needs, and the client's main users must have the opportunity to maintain and develop the system with the help of the management tools it provides as widely as possible. The solution must include versatile reporting and printing functions and support the presentation of information in different aggregate views. A more detailed description of the content and requirements of the contract can be found in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The estimated total value of the acquisition is estimated at EUR 222 000 over a period of four (4) years. The value is an estimate and does not bind the customer. The contract is not divided into lots because the contracted entity constitutes a functionally and technically homogeneous set of services which it is not appropriate to subdivide into smaller lots.
