Kutsu hyvinvointialueen perustietotekniikkapalveluiden hankinnan infotilaisuuteen TÄMÄ TIETOPYYNTÖ ON KUTSU PERUSTIETOTEKNIIKKAPALVELUIDEN (PTT) HANKINTAA KOSKEVAAN INFOTILAISUUTEEN. Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue (VAKE) valmistelee perustietotekniikkapalveluiden hankintaa. Tulevalla hankinnalla pyritään varmistamaan, että palvelukokonaisuus vastaa organisaation nykyisiä ja kehittyviä tarpeita. Alustavasti hankinnan kohteeksi on kaavailtu seuraavia palvelukokonaisuuksia: • Käyttäjätukipalvelut • Päätelaitteiden elinkaaripalvelut • Palvelinten käyttö- ja kapasiteettipalvelut • Pilvipalveluiden hallintapalvelut • Sekä näiden palveluiden siirto- ja käyttöönottoprojekti Tulevan kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on hankkia VAKEn tarpeita vastaava palvelukokonaisuus kustannustehokkaine ja läpinäkyvine, samalla käyttäjien näkökulmasta laadukkaine ja yhtenäisine palveluineen niin, että hankittavat palvelut ovat yhteensopivia VAKEn omien prosessien sekä ITSM-mallin kanssa. Tavoitteena ovat lisäksi mm. jatkuvuuden, varautumisen ja digitaalisen suvereniteetin varmistaminen, palveluiden jatkuva kehittäminen, kokonaisvaltainen tietoturva yhdessä VAKEn muun tietoturvakyvykkyyden kanssa sekä joustava palvelu- ja sopimusmalli muuttuvia tarpeita, toimintaympäristöä ja teknologioita silmällä pitäen. Valmistelun tässä vaiheessa VAKE järjestää infotilaisuuden, jossa osallistujat saavat lisätietoa VAKEsta, suunnitelluista hankinnan tavoitteista ja hankintamenettelystä sekä hankinnan alustavasta aikataulusta.,
