26103 Aseman seudun ulkoalueiden hoitotyöt Seinäjoen kaupunki pyytää sitovaa tarjousta Aseman seudun ulkoalueiden talvi- ja kesähoitotöistä kiinteään kuukausihintaan, jossa palveluntuottaja (urakoitsija) on suorassa sopimussuhteessa tilaajaan. Osa alueesta kuuluu Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Ruukintie 2 hallintaan, joka tekee osuudestaan oman päätöksen ja sopimuksen. Sopimuskausi 1.12.2026 - 30.11.2029. Lisäksi tilaaja pidättää itsellään oikeuden halutessaan jatkaa sopimusta yhden vuoden optiokaudella. Option käytöstä ilmoitetaan kirjallisesti ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä.,
