Tietopyyntö 26049 Ostolaskujen käsittelyn tekoälyratkaisu Tämä ilmoitus on tietopyyntö, tämä ei siis ole tarjouspyyntö tai hankintailmoitus. Seinäjoen kaupunki hankkii käyttöönsä CGI Suomi Oy:n DataCycle360 -järjestelmään tiiviisti integroituvan ostolaskujen tekoälypohjaista käsittelyä hyödyntävän ratkaisun, josta jatkossa käytetään nimeä AI Ostolasku. Hankinnan kohteena on ostolaskuprosessiin integroitava tekoälyratkaisu, jonka tarkoituksena on automatisoida ostolaskujen tiliöintiä sekä ennustaa laskujen asiatarkastus- ja hyväksyntäkierto. Ratkaisun tulee muodostaa tiliöintiehdotuksia laskun kirjanpidollisesta käsittelystä, käytettävistä laskentatunnisteista sekä tunnistaa laskulle todennäköisimmät asiatarkastajat ja hyväksyjät aiemman ostolaskujenkäsittelydatan sekä muun ylläpidettävän aineiston perusteella. Ratkaisun tavoitteena on tehostaa ostolaskuprosessia, parantaa käsittelyn yhdenmukaisuutta ja lisätä automaation hyödyntämistä ostolaskujen käsittelyprosesseissa.,
