Hankinta jakautuu kolmeen osaan: Ajoneuvojen ja työkoneiden paikannuspalvelu Kaluston suunnittelu- ja seurantajärjestelmä Työajanseurantajärjestelmä Osien 1 ja 2 tulee toimia samassa ohjelmistoympäristössä. Laitteiden toimitukseen tulee sisältyä asennusohjeet ja tarvittaessa asennuspalvelu.
