Lepaan kampuksen kaukolämmön muutostyöt Hankinnan kohteena on Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulun Lepaan kampuksen kaukolämmön muutostyöt. Tällä tarjouspyynnöllä haetaan yhtä toimittajaa hankkeen toteuttajaksi. Hanke toteutetaan kahdessa vaiheessa. Vaihe 1 toteutetaan vuonna 2026 niin, että työt aloitetaan lokakuussa urakkasopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen ja töiden tulee olla valmiit viimeistään 11.12.2026. Vaihe 2 toteutetaan joko vuonna 2027 tai 2028. Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kumpaakin vaihetta ja sitoutua kummankin vaiheen toteutukseen. Vaiheiden 1 ja 2 rajaus on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 3 olevassa asemapiirustuksessa. Hankkeen tarkemmat yksityiskohdat on selostettu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.,
