Rakennusta on laajennettu 1970-, 1980- ja 2000- luvulla. Rakennuksen vanhimman osan Koskenpartaan suuntainen siipi säilytetään. Hankinta käsittää jäljelle jäävän rakennuksen julkisivun rakennustöitä.
