Purku-urakka suoritetaan kahdessa erillisessä vaiheessa, jotka molemmat kilpailutetaan omina kokonaisuuksinaan. Vaihe 1: Kiinteistön asbesti- ja haitta-ainepurku, kokonaisurakka Vaihe 2: Kiinteistön purkaminen, kokonaisurakka Tämä tarjouspyyntö koskee ainoastaan vaihetta 2: kiinteistön purkaminen.
