Kaupunginkirkon peruskorjaus, kokonaisurakka Tällä hankintailmoituksella Jyväskylän seurakunta pyytää kokonaishintaista tarjousta Kaupunginkirkon peruskorjauksen kokonaisurakasta, jossa rakennusurakoitsija toimii päätoteuttajana. Hankintayksikkö valitsee tarjouskilpailun perusteella yhden toteuttajan. Kaikkien hankinnan toteuttamiseksi vaadittavien resurssien tulee olla käytettävissä sopimuskauden alkuun mennessä, ellei tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa toisin ilmoiteta. Aliurakoitsijat tulee ilmoittaa selonottoneuvottelussa. Tavoitteena kilpailutusprosessissa on tarjota kaikille potentiaalisille toimijoille yhtäläiset mahdollisuudet osallistua kilpailutukseen hankintalain tasapuolisuuden, syrjimättömyyden, avoimuuden ja suhteellisuuden vaatimusten mukaisesti.
