TIETOPYYNTÖ: Brändituotteiden ja sidosryhmälahjojen hankinta - Vantaan kaupunki Vantaan kaupunki valmistelee tarjouskilpailua brändituotteiden ja sidosryhmälahjojen hankinnassa. Hankinnan kohteen tarkempi kuvaus tilattavasta palvelusta on kuvattu liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus. Hankintasopimukselle valitaan kolme (3) sopimustoimittajaa. Sopimuskausi on määräaikaisena voimassa kolme (3) vuotta. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden jatkaa sopimusta yhdellä (1) yhden (1) vuoden optiolla. Sopimuskauden arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 1.1.2027. Tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on käydä kirjallista vuoropuhelua halukkaiden potentiaalisten tarjoavien yritysten kanssa koskien tarjouskilpailun hankinnan kohteen kuvausta sekä tuotelistausta ja tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimuksia (liitteet 1-2). Tämä ei ole hankintailmoitus, tarjouspyyntö tai kutsu neuvottelumenettelyyn, eikä tämän tietopyynnön julkaisulla aloiteta tarjouskilpailua. Tämä on tietopyyntö, jolla hankintayksikkö pyytää tietoja potentiaalisilta tarjoajilta tulevaan kilpailutukseen liittyvistä ratkaisuista.
