Tiedotejakelujärjestelmä Finanssivalvonta ja Suomen Pankki (jäljempänä myös ”tilaaja” tai ”hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjouksia Hilma-ilmoituskanavassa julkaistun hankintailmoituksen ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja, jonka kanssa hankintayksikkö tekee sopimuksen. Valittava toimittaja voi olla myös toimittajien muodostama ryhmittymä. Sopimus allekirjoitetaan arviolta kesäkuussa 2026. Tilaaja ottaa ratkaisun käyttöön ensivaiheessa Finanssivalvonnalle. Finanssivalvonnan käytön aloittamisen jälkeen Suomen Pankin käyttöönotto tapahtuu noin 1-2 vuoden kuluessa, ajankohta tarkentuu myöhemmin. TURVALLISUUSSELVITYKSET Kaikille kohteeseen työskentelemään tuleville henkilöille tehdään perusmuotoinen henkilöturvallisuusselvitys, johon henkilöiden on annettava henkilökohtainen suostumus. Hyväksytysti läpi mennyt turvallisuusselvitysprosessi on edellytys työmaalla työskentelylle ja salassa pidettävien asiakirjojen käsittelylle.
