SSKKY/49/02.08.01/2026 Käytetty pyöräalustainen kaivinkone Hankinnan kohde: Salon seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä (jäljempänä "SSKKY" ja "hankintayksikkö" ja "Tilaaja") hankkii yhden (1) käytetyn pyöräalustaisen kaivinkoneen ammattiopiston maarakennusalan opetukseen. Koneen tulee täyttää kaikki tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä asetetut vaatimukset. Hankintayksikkö: Salon seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä (SSKKY). Hankintapäätös tehdään hankintapäätöksen tekohetkellä voimassa olevan SSKKY:n hallintosäännön mukaisin toimivaltuuksin. Sopimuskausi: Hankintaa koskeva sopimus päättyy, kun kone on vastaanottotarkastuksessa hyväksytty ja luovutettu Tilaajalle ja Toimittaja on suorittanut takuuaikaan perustuvat velvoitteensa Tilaajan hyväksymällä tavalla.
