Jäteastioiden hankinta, puitejärjestely 2027-2028, Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy pyytää tarjoustanne tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta on hankintalain (1397/2016) mukainen kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävä tavarahankinta. Hankintayksikkö kilpailuttaa jäteastioiden hankinnan avoimella menettelyllä ja solmii puitesopimuksen hankinnan kohteena olevien jäteastioiden toimittamisesta. Hankintayksikkö voi valita puitejärjestelyyn yhden tai useamman toimittajan. Puitejärjestelyn kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta, alkaen 1.1.2027 ja päättyen ilman erillistä irtisanomista 31.12.2028. Sopimusluonnoksessa esitetyt ehdot ovat hankinnan vähimmäisvaatimuksia. Tarjouksen jättämällä tarjoaja sitoutuu noudattamaan sopimusluonnoksen ehtoja. Valittujen toimittajien tulee hyväksyä sopimusluonnos sellaisenaan, eikä siihen voida tehdä hankintalainsäädännön vastaisia olennaisia muutoksia sopimuskauden aikana.,
